Martin, also known as “Ice,” is well respected in the design and building industry and over the years has built a diverse and loyal client base. His professionalism and personality are the reasons his clients continue to pursue ongoing business relations with him at A Step Above Flooring & Installation.
John Alford has over 20 years experience in the flooring trade. John was awarded the 2010 Best Residential NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) Wood Floor of the Year award. John’s knowledge and craftsmanship have earned him the privilege to travel to St. Louis, MO as a certified instructor for installation and sand and finished hardwood.
